企业隐性知识管理的NK模型分析

Analysis of Enterprise Tacit Knowledge Management Based on NK Model

分析了影响隐性知识管理的四个子过程并引入了适应度景观理论,定义了隐性知识管理景观,构建了隐性知识管理的NK模型,通过对江苏省43家企业的问卷调查,探讨了企业隐性知识管理子过程间的互动作用和耦合关系对隐性知识管理景观的影响,最后讨论了景观理论对提升隐性知识管理适应度的意义,并给出了现有模型的不足和改进方向。

Effective management of tacit knowledge is the key factor for improving organizational performance.This paper analyzes four sub-processes of tacit knowledge management and introduces Fitness Landscape theory.Concept of tacit knowledge management landscape is defined and NK model of tacit knowledge management is established.Through questionnaire survey of 43 companies in Jiangsu province,effect of sub-processes＇ interaction and coupling relationship on tacit knowledge management landscape is explored and significance of fitness landscape theory in improving tacit knowledge management fitness is discussed.Finally,the deficiency of existing model and the improvement directions are analyzed.
