以公众需求为导向的政府信息服务流程创新是提升政府效能、促进服务型政府建设的有效途径。本文对政府信息服务流程创新的内涵、内容和动力进行了分析探讨,从服务理念、组织结构、技术平台、制度保障等方面提出了政府信息服务流程创新的实施策略。

Public-oriented process innovation of government information service is an effective way to improve government efficiency and build service-oriented government.This paper analyzes the connotation,content and motivation of process innovation of government information service and puts forward implementation strategy from four aspects including service concept,organizational structure,technology platform and institution.
