分众分类在政务信息公开中的应用研究

Researchon the Application of Folksonomy in the Administrative Information Disclosure

针对目前较低的政务信息公开水平,提出引入分众分类用于改进政务信息公开服务。首先从理论探讨和实例分析角度对分众分类在政务信息公开中应用的必要性和可行性问题进行了研究,认为引入分众分类有现实的迫切需要,在技术、方法上也可行。并就分众分类应用的两种模式在政府网站上引入分众分类和将政务信息公开模块放置到分众分类网站中进行了分解论证,对两种模式的优劣势进行了深入的探讨和比较。

This paper makes a study theoretically and practically on the nececity and feasibility of the application of folkssonomy in the improvement of administrative information disclosure service,in which two different models of the application of folksonomy are presented： applying folksonomy on government websites,and moving the administrative information disclosure module from the government websites to the folksonomy websites.Finally,the argument is detailed and a comparison is made between advantages and disadvantages of the two models.
