摘要
由于可订约性等问题的存在,知识型员工创新过程中不可避免的存有激励困境。在对其分析的基础上,讨论了创新激励困境的突破点,并基于WSR理论提出知识型员工激励机制的框架。该框架从知识、环境和员工三个维度构建了激励机制的运行空间,并探讨了不同的激励组合,同时考虑了不确定创新环境下激励组合的移动路径,以及在员工创新受挫情况下的激励回溯轨迹。
Because of the problems of contractibility and so on,the motivation dilemma is inevitable in the knowledge workers' innovation process.In their analysis,this paper discussed the break-through point of the incentive plight,and established knowledge workers innovation incentives framework based on the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR) theory.The framework built the operation space through three dimensions such as knowledge,environment and knowledge workers.The moving path of incentive combination in the uncertain environment and the back track of knowledge workers' innovation frustration were also considered.
