近年来,传媒对司法活动的报道已经成为司空见惯的现象,传媒与司法的冲突随之而起。在中国视阈下,司法和传媒应该是一种对立统一的辩证关系。本文从马克思主义哲学的角度对二者进行界定,探讨这一范畴的一致性和对立性,以期更好地理清并协调二者之间的关系,从而有效发挥舆论监督的作用,保障人权,维护司法公正。

In recent years,media coverage of judicial activities has become a common phenomenon,the media began to rise and justice conflict.Perspective in China,the judiciary and the media should be a dialectical relationship between the unities of opposites.This paper attempts to point of view of Marxist philosophy to define the two to analyze the opposition of the areas of consistency and to better coordination between the two geographical clear and the relationship between the media and the judiciary to promote the sound development of harmony,which Effectively play the role of public opinion,protect human rights,and maintain the interests of justice.
