二阶导数分光光度法测定复方磺胺甲噁唑片中磺胺甲噁唑的含量

Determination of sulfamethoxazole in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets by secondary derivative spectrophotometry

目的：建立复方磺胺甲卟恶唑的含量测定方法。方法：采用二阶导数分光光度法不经分离直接测定复方磺胺甲卟恶唑的含量。选定磺胺甲卟恶唑的测定波长为２６５ ｎｍ 。结果：相关系数为ｒ＝ ０．９９９ ９，平均回收率为１０１ ．８ ％ ，ＲＳＤ 为１ ．５ ％ 。结论：该方法简便，快速，结果准确。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of sulfamethoxazole in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets.METHODS:A secondary derivative spectrophotometry was used.The determination wave length was 220 nm.RESULTS:The correlation coefficient was -0.999 9 .The average recovery was 101.8% ,with RSD 1.5% .CONCLUSIONS:This method is sensitive,rapid and accurate.
