Employment situation is becoming severer and severer in China.It is of great significance to develop and improve the college students＇career guidance.What is more,it can strengthen talents training mode reform.Based on thorough analysis of vocational college students＇career guidance,this article presents some thoughts and suggestions about educational function,construction of professional teachers training,basis services,practice education and so on.
