摘要
法学本科实践教学考核体系的构建应遵循统筹性原则、操作性原则和多样性原则,坚持统一考核与独立考核相结合、结果考核与过程考核相结合、对学生的考核与对教师的评价相结合,坚持多元化的考核主体、多样化的考核方式、多种类的考核项目,并充分考虑各实践教学形式的特点,对法庭旁听、模拟法庭、法律援助、法律诊所、专业实习、毕业论文等实践教学分别制定行之有效的考核标准。
The principles of co-ordination,operation and diversity should be followed in the construction of assessment system of legal practical tecaching. We should insist on the combination of uniform examination and independent assessment,results evaluation and process assessment,assessment of students and evaluation of teachers,adhere to a wide range of examination subjects,variety of assessment methods,a wide array of assessment items,fully consider the characteristics of the various forms of practical teaching,and then develop effective assessment criteria for the various forms of practical teaching such as court participation,simulated court,legal aid,legal clinic,professional practice and graduation thesis.
