心理契约违背的理论研究与管理启示 被引量:5

摘要 本文从心理契约违背概念、内容结构及其后果与调节等方面评述了国外学者关于心理契约违背研究的现状,指出其未来研究方向,以期能为我国学术界在该领域的进一步研究提供一些理论参考,对改革开放中的中国企业管理实践具有重要的借鉴意义和启示。
