The civilian-run higher education has a long history and plays an important role in the whole education system and its development is also gradually mature.Ours also plays an important role in the course of higher education popularization.Some other countries adopt various ways to support the development of civilian-run universities and colleges,which gives effective experiences to our country＇s government for making concerned policies with regard to the promotion of the civilian-run higher education.
