社区矫正的现状考察报告——以昆明市为个案研究

Survey Report on the Current Situation of Community Correction——Take Kunming City as a Research Case

社区矫正作为非监禁刑罚执行活动,是我国司法体制和工作机制改革的重要方向和内容。昆明市盘龙区作为云南省首批社区矫正试点地区之一,起步较早,积累了有益的工作经验。随着社区矫正工作的不断推进,必须完善社区矫正立法,加强队伍建设,建立经费保障机制和构建社区执行支持环境。

Community correction as non-imprisonment punishment enforcement is the important direction and content of reformation in our judicial system and working mechanism.Panlong District of Kunming City,one of the first community correction experimental units,has accumulated beneficial working experience from the long-period working practice.In order to push forward the community correction,it′s necessary to perfect the legislation of community correction,strengthen the building of working people contingent,set up expenditure guarantee mechanism and construct community enforcement supporting surrounding.
