露点间接蒸发冷却技术在纺织厂的应用

Apply Dew Point Indirect Evaporative Cool Technique in Textile Mill

为探讨露点间接蒸发冷却技术在纺织厂的应用,在浙江绍兴某纺织厂进行了应用实践,通过测试和计算分析得出：露点间接蒸发冷却段（预冷段）可以降温6~8℃,维持室内相对湿度70%~85%;采用全新风可以改善车间空气质量;使用复合式空调机组比纯机械制冷空调机组节能14%左右。

To discuss dew point indirect evaporative cooling technique,the application in one of Zhejiang Shaoxing textile mill was carried out.The test and analysis shows that dew point indirect evaporative cooling technique（precooling unit）could lower the rang of temperature of 6℃~8℃,and maintain room humidity to 70%~85%.The fresh air could improve air quality of workshop.The use of complex air-conditioning could save 14% of energy compared to that of simple mechanism refrigeration air-conditioning.
