摘要
文章根据当前图书馆人才发展现状,结合实际工作的经验,重点论述了图书馆人才应具备的素质及解决问题的措施,并对加强图书馆员队伍建设提高图书馆员整体素质提供了一些合理化建议。
Based on the current status of library human resources development, combined with practical work experience, the article emphasis on the quality of library personnel and solutions to problems, and proposes some reasonable suggestions to strengthen librarians＇ team building and improve the overall quality of librarians.
