越来越多的年轻人开始使用手机上网,使用笔记本电子书阅读,从2004年以来,图书馆读者也呈连年下降的趋势,作为高校获取网络资源最便捷、服务也较全面的电子阅览室,应该为图书馆读者回流和资源与服务的推广做出变革。
