摘要
对部分综合性医院的档案管理现状咨询调查了部分档案管理专家、档案管理人员和科技工作者,参考国内外有关档案管理资料进行了科学分析与决策,提出了综合性医院档案管理3种新模式:医院档案三级网络管理模式;医院信息一体化管理模式;文档一体、馆室结合的大档案业务模式。
Archives and informatics play increasingly important roles in: effectiveness and efficiency impuovement and perfection; feasibility analyses and demonstration of ideas, projects, programs, with the aim to achieve good social and economic benefits; filling theoretical and practical expertise gaps by providing information when requred and in suitable forms; reduction of duplication, rework, and waste; formation of the fourth category of resources other than human , financial, and material resources; development of new knowledges on the bases of theoretical and information explorations; translation of selected research achievements into productive forces and substantial benefits.
