Efforts are made to decrease the mysterious image of hospital system in the minds of the general public and increase good transparency of hospital work, through such measures as: publish in more readable styles work reports reflecting medical, statistical, managerial informations; use computer system to collect, process and compare endless amount of data, and make the very complicated assessments and comparisons understandable to all , not just experts; adopt information technology to open new possibilities for effective management and exposition of hospital services, which are known to be more complex than most other services; provide information on how to use health services more effectively as there is public demand for efficient use of the various possibilities at different levels of care.
