摘要
目的探讨术后早期肠内营养在食管癌患者中的应用。方法 2008年1月—2010年1月收治的食管癌患者289例;随机分为肠内营养(EN)组159例和肠外营养(PN)组130例,观察两组病例于手术前和手术后第9d进行体重、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白检测并进行统计比较。结果经统计学分析,两组病例观察内容统计比较有显著差异性P<0.05。结论术后早期应用肠内营养在食管癌患者中可以起到降低手术后应激,改善患者营养状况及免疫功能,促进康复,减少和防止食管癌术后并发症的发生。
Objective To evaluate the application of early postoperative enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods In January 2008-January 2010 totally 289 cases of esophageal cancer patients were;randomly divided into enteral nutrition(EN) group of 159 patients,parenteral nutrition(PN) group of 130 cases,patients were observed before surgery and 9 days after surgery weight,serum total protein,albumin,hemoglobin testing and statistical comparison.Results After statistical analysis,statistical comparisons of two groups were observed significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions Early postoperative enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery may help reduce stress,improve nutritional status and immune function of patients,and promote rehabilitation,reduce and prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications.
