VE导联对下壁异常Q波的诊断价值

Medical value of VE lead on abnormal inferior cardiac Q wave

目的观察VE导联的心电图特点,探讨该导联对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的诊断价值。方法对60例下壁有病理性Q波的患者进行常规同步12导联心电图描记,并加做VE导联。比较VE导联的心电图特点,分析该导联对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的诊断价值。结果在38例陈旧性下壁心肌梗死中30例VE导联出现病理性Q波,ST-T段无动态演变;余30例VE导联呈rS型。结论 VE导联的心电图特征对病理性Q波的鉴别诊断有一定的价值。

Objective To observe the ECG characteristics of VE lead,and to explore the medical value of the lead on old inferior cardiac myocardial infarction.Methods Do routine simultaneous 12-lead ECG tracings on 60 patients with inferior cardiac pathologic Q wave,and do VE lead.Compare the ECG characteristics of VE lead,to analyse the medical value of the lead on the old inferior cardiac myocardial infarction.Results In the 38 cases of old inferior cardiac myocardial infarction,30 cases of VE lead have pathologic Q wave,and no dynamic chang in ST-T segments,in the other diseases of inferior cardiac pathologic Q wave,the VE lead is in rS pattern.Conclusions The ECG characteristics of VE lead have some value in differential diagnosis of pathologic Q wave.
