鼻内窥镜下等离子热凝治疗隐蔽性鼻出血临床观察

Endoscopic treatment of plasma coagulation hidden nasal hemorrhage

目的探讨鼻内窥镜下等离子热凝治疗隐蔽性鼻出血临床效果。方法对2006年1月至2009年12月濮阳市人民医院收治的203例隐蔽性鼻出血患者进行治疗,对疗效进行综合分析。结果 203例患者中,194例均一次等离子热凝治疗成功,治愈率为95.6%;其余9例术后7d后又发现少量出血,经二次等离子热凝治疗后未再出血。术后1个月,所有患者手术创面基本愈合,未出现并发症。随访6个月,202例患者均不鼻出血复发;1例患者手术后5个月有过一次少量鼻出血。结论经鼻内窥镜下等离子热凝治疗隐蔽性鼻出血,能准确定位出血部位,明显缩短止血时间,减少术中出血量,因此特别适用于老年人、儿童和鼻腔填塞不适应者;具有操作简易、时间短、创伤小,视野宽广、图象清晰,出血部位定位准确,治疗效果良好。

Objective To investigate the nasal endoscopic treatment of plasma coagulation effect of concealed nasal hemorrhage.Methods Hospital from January 2006 to December 2009 totally 203 cases of concealed nasal bleeding patients treatment,a comprehensive analysis of the effect.Results In 203 patients,194 patients were first plasma coagulation treatment success,cure rate was 95.6%,the other 9 cases were found after 7 days and a small amount of bleeding,the second plasma coagulation treatment no further bleeding.After one month,all patients the basic surgical wound healed without any complications.Followed up for 6 months,202 patients were not recurrent epistaxis;1 patient after surgery 5 months had a small amount of nasal bleeding.Conclusions Endoscopic treatment of plasma coagulation hidden nose bleeding,can accurately locate the bleeding site,bleeding time was shortened to reduce blood loss,is especially suitable for the elderly,children and those not suited to nasal packing,with easy to operate,time is short,less invasive,broad vision,image clarity,accurate positioning bleeding site,treatment effect is good.
