药物合并认知治疗对抑郁症患者的疗效和生活质量的影响

Comparison of effect of cognitive therapy combined with antidepressive drugs on qulity of life in depression patients

目的观察药物合并认知治疗对抑郁症的疗效。方法将符合CCMD-Ⅲ抑郁症诊断标准的80例患者随机分为两组各40例,治疗组为抗抑郁药合并认知治疗组,对照组单用抗抑郁药。治疗时间为12周。分别于治疗前后用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD),临床疗效总评量表(CGI-SI),生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)进行评价。结果在12周末,试验组的HAMD评分,CGI-SI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),说明试验组的临床症状改善及总体疗效明显优于对照组。GQOLI-74评定结果显示试验者患者生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论认知心理治疗不仅能提高患者的治疗效果而且可改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To compare the effect of cognitive therapy combined with antidepressive drugs on qulity of life in depression patients.Methods Totally 80 depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=40）.Patients in control group were treated with cognitive therapy combined antidepressive drugs while patients in control group were only taken antidepressive drugs.The whole study lasted for 12 weeks.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD）,Clinnical Global Impression（CGI-SI） and Generic quality of Life Inventory-74（GQOLI-74） were used at baseline and the end of study.Results After 6 months treatment,the HAMD score and the CGI-SI score and the CGI-SI score of treatment group were lower than control group（P0.05）;The GQOLI-74 score of treatment group was higher than that of control group.Conclusions Cogntive therapy combined with antipressive drugs is more effective than only antipressive drugs.It also significantly improves the quality of life of depression patients.
