总结了古代西非条带织物的发展过程,详细介绍了西非著名的阿善提条带织物的纹样特点及织造过程。并将阿善提条带织物的特有元素运用到现代色织物的设计中,织造出具有西非阿善提布风格的色织物。
The development of the ancient West Africa stripe-weaving fabrics is summarized. The pattern design and weaving process of famous stripe-weaving cloths called＂ the Ashanti cloth＂ are introduced in detail. The dyed fabric with the style of Ashanti cloth is woven by applying the special element of Ashanti cloth into the modem fabric design.
