摘要
高效的生产效率使喷气织机成为生产织物的一种比较经济的方法。但从另一方面来说,提供大量压缩空气所需的成本较高。德国亚琛工业大学纺织技术研究所模拟了引纬中的不稳定气流区域。通过对气流区域的详细分析后得出结论:在不影响织机效率的情况下可以大量减少能量的损耗。
Due to high production rates, air-jet weaving is an economic process to produce fabrics. On the other hand, the costs for the supply of large amounts of compressed air are very high. At the Institut ftir Textihechnik der RWTH Aachen (ITA) the unsteady flow field during weft insertion was simulated. With the resulting detailed analysis of the flow field, a significant reduction of energy consumption will be possible without reducing the machine efficiency.
