目前能够生产出无弯曲、纤维体积含量可调的纱罗机织物,还可创造出具有所需弯曲刚度和悬垂性的网格结构及密实结构。本研究项目为丰富产品种类、创建新型市场奠定了基础。也预示着如注塑件或运输皮带的增强材料也能够受到应用关注。德累斯顿研究者们将进一步开拓有效的纱罗组织增强塑料的市场。
Nowadays non-crimped leno woven fabrics with adjustable fiber volume content can be manufactured. It is possible to create grid structures as well as dense structures with required bending stiffness and drapability. The bases for an enriched variety of products and alternative markets were created within a research project. Other sectors such as reinforcement of injection-molded parts or transportation belts can also suffer from the achieved results. Dresden researchers will be exploring the field of efficient leno weave reinforced plastics in the future.
