摘要
服装企业的成败与服装买手的货品采购息息相关,采购决策的好坏直接影响着产品的销量和利润,因此有必要对服装买手采购决策的过程进行探讨。主要从服务于区域直营店的服装买手的订货采购流程展开,对服装买手执行的有效采购计划进行分析和研究。从更深的层面观察,其实买手行为都是基于买手进货制度,一种现代化的商业制度。
The success of a garment enterprise is closely related to purchasing by the buyer. What a fashion buyer chooses will directly result in the situation of sale and profits. Therefore, it' s necessary to probe the process of fashion buyer' s decision-making. The analysis and research of implementing the purchase plan effectively was based on the fashion buyer who served for regional regular store. From a deeper level of observation, fashion buyer' s active was based on the buyer' s purchase system in fact, a modern business system.
