摘要
根据电力电容器箱壳的传统制作方法,针对折弯机构进行改进,设计出带翻转架的开式龙门结构。以电力电容器箱壳的工艺要求进行校核计算,具体设计新型数控电容器箱壳弯壳机的结构参数。根据设计生产出样机,样机折弯精度高,运行可靠。新型数控电容器箱壳弯壳机可以一次装夹连续折弯多道边,实现了所有折弯工序的自动化。
According to the traditional manufacturing method of high voltage shunt capacitor shell,the bending mechanism is improved and open type portal structure with roll-over stand is designed.The proof calculation is made in accordance with the process requirement of high power capacitor shell and structure of new type numerical control bending machine for capacitor shell is designed by specific parameters.The prototype designed and produced is with high bending accuracy and reliable operation.Successive multi-side bending with such machine can be made and automation of all bending process is achieved.
