造纸废水生化处理出水UV/TiO_2深度处理研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用GC—MS和紫外—可见光分析技术研究了造纸废水生化处理出水的特点,考察了UV/TiO2法对该废水深度处理的效果。结果表明,造纸生化处理出水中有机组分复杂,以酯类、酚类、酮类、芳香族化合物和直链烷烃有机物等为主,含有烯键、羰基、羧基、酰胺基和-Cl等生色基团和助色基团,这些基团的相互作用使造纸生化处理出水的色度较高。UV/TiO2法处理造纸生化出水时,采用工艺参数为:pH7~9,TiO2用量2 g/L,紫外光强度300 W,反应时间为90 min,色度的脱除可达96%,化学需氧量(CODcr)去除率也能达到75.9%,UV254降至0.14,达到了深度处理的目的。 The characteristic of the biotreated effluent from papermaking wastewater was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the effects of advanced treatment on biotreated effluent from papermaking wastewater with UV/TiO2 were disscussed.The results showed that the main organic components in the biotreated effluent were complex,they belonged to ester,phenols,ketones,alkanes and aromatic compounds,containing auxochromic and chromophoric groups such as olefinic bond,carbonyl,carboxyl,amido and-Cl,et al.The interaction betweeen the auxochromic and chromophoric groups made the effluent color deeper.Under the conditions of effluent pH7~9,TiO2 dosage 2 g/L,UV power 300 W and reaction time 90 min,the removal of chroma and COD(chemical oxygen demand) are 96% and 75.9% respectively,the UV254 decrease to 0.14,respectively,which achieve the desired result.
