摘要
探讨了实型铸造涂料的组成对涂层强度的影响.研究表明:涂料中的有机粘结剂可使涂层获得较高的常温强度,用铝矾土作耐火填料可使涂层获得较高的高温强度.有机粘结剂和无机粘结剂含量的合理搭配可有效地保证涂层的常温强度和高温强度.
Compositions of EPC coating influence on coating strength. The results indicate that coating room temperature strength can be obtained by organic binder is better. Better high temperature strength can be obtained by alumina. Coating room temperature and high temperature strength are guaranteed validly by rational content of organic binder and inorganic binder.
