摘要
深层搅拌水泥土桩除被广泛应用于公路、堆场、机场、铁路、机坑支护、基坑止水、软弱地基加固的同时,还被用作8层以下多层建筑物的软弱地基处理,具有搅拌机械施工速度快,对环境影响小,可施工不同形状的加固体等众多优点。但是在实际工程应用过程中,往往因对经济技术指标、施工工艺、工法、设计依据偏差、施工技术经验、水平制约等因素的掌控不当,而造成工程事故。文章结合工程实际,分析水泥桩复合地基施工达不到设计要求的原因,并在原复合地基基础上采用刚-柔性复合地基技术处理,取得很好的效果。
In addition to being widely applied in highways, storage yards, airports, railways, supporting and waterproofness of foundation pits, and soft foundation reinforcement, deep mixing cement-soil piles are applied in soft foundation treatment of multi-storey buildings less than 8 storeys, it has rapid construction speed of mixing machinery, little environment impact, use of reinforcement body of different shapes, and other advantages. However, during practical application in engineering, engineering accidents are usually caused because of improper control of economic and technical norms, construction process, engineering method, deviation of design basis and construction technical experience, and limited level. Combining with actual situation of engineering, the article analyzes the reasons that cement-soil pile composite foundation cannot meet the design requirements, and rigid-flexible composite foundation technology is adopted for treating on the basis of original composite foundation, which attains good results.
