摘要
对现行编制的城市商业网点规划进行总结和反思,从规划理念、规划内容、规划管理三方面剖析了商业网点规划存在的不足。以实践、问题为导向,结合市场经济体制下商业发展的特点和要求,探索城市商业网点规划新的范型,明确城市商业网点规划控制性内容、引导性内容及规划实施程序控制要求,实现规划对商业网点建设的有效控制与引导。
This paper summarizes the current development of urban commercial network planning and analyzes the weakness of the planning from three aspects：planning ideology,planning contents and planning administration.Combining the characteristics and requirements of business development under the market economy,this paper examines the alternative paradigm of urban commercial network planning which is practice-oriented.It specifies the regulatory contents and guiding contents of the plan as well as the implementation procedure.
