摘要
在深入剖析我国城市总体规划阶段城市建设用地适宜性存在问题的基础上,以正在上报的国家标准为基础,结合南京实际,按照指标体系确定、数据整理与分析、适宜性评定计算、综合评定分析四步骤技术流程,划定南京市域适宜建设用地、可建设用地、不宜建设用地、不可建设用地,并介绍了其在城市总体规划空间布局、四区划定、强度管制、综合防灾和现状建设用地风险评定等五方面的实际应用。
By examining the problems of land development suitability in urban master plan,this paper classifies the urban land of Nanjing into four categories such as development suitable area,developable area,development unsuitable area,and non-development area.It follows four steps which include indicator system establishment,data processing and analysis,suitability evaluation and calculation,and comprehensive analysis and so on.Then it introduces its application in spatial planning,"four area" classification,intensity control,comprehensive disaster prevention,and risk evaluation over development land.
