摘要
目前,陶瓷产品模具制作仍然采用的是传统手工方法。该方法工人工作量大,效率低。首先利用CAD技术,对一款陶瓷产品进行了模具设计。然后,基于参数化设计思想,利用已设计模具,对另一款陶瓷产品的模具进行了快速设计。结果表明,利用参数化CAD设计,可以提高陶瓷产品模具设计效率。
Traditional mauufacturing method is still used in the ceramis product mold,by which the work is heavy and low-efficiency.In this paper,firstly,a creamic product mould is designed using CAD,then,based on parameterized CAD design method,the other one is quickly designed using the above mould.The result shows that this method can improve the efficiency of mould design.
