Oil-mist Lubrication Technology Used for Helicopter Gear Transmission Under Oil-out Operation

摘要 根据直升机传动系统干运转能力的要求,使用UMT摩擦磨损试验机在油雾润滑状态下进行销盘试验,测定了不同添加剂对于摩擦磨损性能的影响,并得出最小喷油量。结果显示,在赫兹接触应力为424.4 MPa、相对滑动线速度达到2.618 m/s的条件下,含有5%的二烷基硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的润滑剂在油雾润滑工作状态下表现出的综合摩擦磨损性能最佳,试验耗油量仅为0.03 ml。此方法为解决直升机传动系统干运转问题提供了一种新的选择。 According to the requirement of the survivability of the helicopter gear transmission under the oil-out condition,this paper uses UMT pin-on-disk test rig under the oil-mist to measure the effect of different additives on friction and wear and draws minimum oil quantity.The results show that when the Hertz contact stress is 424.4MPa,relative sliding speed is up to 2.618m/s and ZDDP of lubricant content is 5%,the behavior of integrated friction and wear is the best under oil-mist lubrication.The oil consumption is only 0.03ml.This method provides a set of feasible options to solve the helicopter transmission problem of oil-out operation.
