摘要
介绍了模拟主轴在Sinumerik 840D数控系统中的配置方法,利用S7-300 PLC输出主轴的模拟控制电压,并把主轴的反馈联结到其他轴的空置反馈接口上,实现基本的主轴功能,此方法简单而且经济,文中详细给出了多种配置方法。
This paper introduces the configuration methods of analog spindle in Sinumerik 840D NC system.The S7-300 PLC is used to output analog control voltage of spindle,and then feed linking back to free feedback linker of other axes to realized basic functions of spindle.It is simple and economical to use this method.The paper shows a variety of configuration methods in detail.
