摘要
近年来模具行业飞速发展,模具的设计和制造已经成为衡量一个国家制造业水平的重要标志,随即行业中出现了多种模具设计软件。结合实例研究了UG软件在注塑模具设计过程中的应用,证实了使用UG软件可以显著缩短模具设计和改进的周期,提高塑料产品的品质,为企业节省了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
In recent years,the mold is developed rapidly in industry,mold design and manufacturing can measure a country＇s level of manufacturing industry.A variety of design softwares appear with the industry development,In the article the UG application in plastic injection mold design is studied with a concrete case,the use of UG can significantly reduce mold design time and improve product quality,save production costs and increase economic efficiency for enterprise.
