论新信息环境下档案行业的发展

On the Development of Archival Work in the New Information Environment

以泛在网络为发展趋势的新信息环境为档案行业发展带来了机遇和挑战。本文首先界定了新信息环境的内涵及其典型特征,论述了新信息环境给档案载体的原始记录性、开发与保密、档案管理规范以及档案从业人员素质方面带来的挑战,在档案资源传播利用、信息技术的应用和面向公众的档案服务方面带来的机遇;为应对新信息环境,本文最后提出了档案行业的发展对策。

In the new information environment,Ubiquitous Network＇s construction becomes a trend which provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of archival work.This paper analyzes the connotation and typical features of new information environment at first,and then talks about its challenges on archives＇ original characteristic、development、confidentiality and management,its requirement for archival professionals,its opportunity to use information technology to spread archives resources and provide archives service for public.Finally,it gives developing countermeasures on archives work.
