数字档案馆可用性分析——从信息系统的角度

Availability Analysis of Digital Archives from the Point of Information System

我国的数字档案馆已经进入快速发展时期,有必要对数字档案馆的可用性进行综合分析与评价,为建设高水平的数字档案馆提供参考。本文分析了数字档案馆的信息系统特征,从信息系统和信息环境变化两方面分析了影响数字档案馆可用性的因素,并从多角度提出了提高数字档案馆可用性的方法。

Digital archives have entered a period of rapid development in China.It is necessary to give a comprehensive analysis and evaluation to the availability of Digital archives for the purpose of providing a reference to the construction of high level digital archives.The general information characters of digital archives are analyzed in the paper.The factors which affect the availability of digital archives have also been analyzed from the perspective of information system and changing information environment,and then the different methods to enhance the availability of digital archives are proposed.
