摘要 针对感应式数字水位传感器在实际应用中遇到的输出信号非标准信号问题,设计了一种应用于感应式数字水位传感器的智能变送器。该智能变送器以C8051F020单片机为主控芯片,高性能数模转换器AD421输出4~20 mA电流信号,MAX485芯片实现RS485通信。介绍了一种集RS485通信和4~20 mA输出的智能液位变送器,给出了具体的软硬件设计方案,解决了原传感器输出信号非标准信号的问题,且增加了RS485接口。 Aiming at the output signal of inductive digital water-level sensor is non-standard signal in the actual application,a kind of intelligent transmitter is designed. This transmitter took the C8051F020 SCM as the main control chip,and used high-performance digital-to-analog converters AD421 to control the output current signals in 4 to 20mA range. The chip of MAX485 realized RS485 communication. This paper introduced a kind of intelligent liquid level transmeter which had RS485 communication and 4~20mA output, gave a specific software and hardware design, solved the problem that the output signal of the original sensor is non-standard, and increased RS485' s interface.
