摘要
针对构建煤矿电力系统智能控制单元的工业需求,结合电子技术和计算机控制技术,分析并设计了一类集测量、显示、保护、监测、控制、诊断及实时通信的新型煤矿电力系统智能控制单元。设计的智能控制单元具有短路、过载、漏电闭锁、断相、过压、欠压等保护措施,实现了对煤矿生产过程主要电力设备的运行及故障状况的显示,模块化的设计思路极大地提高了对设备的智能控制和监测诊断的效率。
Take the requirement of intelligent control unit for coal mine industry as target,combined with electronic technology and computer control technology,a class set of intelligent control units with measurement,display,protection,monitoring,control,diagnosis,and real-time communication for the electrical systems in coal mine are analyzed and designed.The features of intelligent control unit include most of the protective measures,such as short circuit,overload,leakage locking,phase failure,overvoltage,under-voltage,which make the electrical equipment operation and fault status display.The modular design concept will greatly improve the efficiency of intelligent controlling and monitoring the fault of the electrical systems in coal mine.
