Design of Power Network GIS Based on Oracle MapViewer

用于构建网络地理信息系统的技术品种繁多,但其中的大多数是基于一个通用的地理信息系统的平台,其架构复杂,不能满足电力行业的需求。文章讨论了一种构建网络地理信息系统的新方法,它基于OracleMapViewer,基于OracleMapViewer的网络地理信息系统具有简单的结构,使用OracleSpatial管理空间数据,并提供JavaScriptAPI来控制图的绘制。它对轻量级的电力网络地理信息系统的设计和实现具有指导意义。

Many technologies can be used to build the network geographic information system,but most of them are based on a common GIS platform,its structure is complex and can not meet the needs of the power industry.In the paper,a new approach to construct the network geographic information system is discussed,which is based on oracle mapviewer.The network geographic information system based on oracle mapviewer has simple structure.The oracle spatial is used to manage spatial data,and provide javascript API to control the drawing of the map.It has guiding meanings for the design and implementation for lightweight GIS power network.
