It is introduced that the ways to predict the danger of coal and gas outburst when the coal is collected in plat and inclined tunnel during the mine construction of Guang＇an Coal Mine.This way can lower the pressure by gun drilling on purpose and remote concussion blasting,and it can prevent coal and gas outburst from occurring.
