摘要
采用摇床和旋流器对-2 mm煤矸石样品中的黄铁矿进行可选性试验研究。结果表明,单独使用摇床,采用粗选-中矿再选的分选流程,可以得到品位34.24%的硫精矿,回收率71.63%;摇床和水介旋流器联合使用,采用旋流器粗选-摇床精选-摇床中矿再选的分选流程,保证精矿品位不低于32%时,可以进一步提高硫精矿的回收率。
The experiments were carried out to recover pyrite from-2mm coal refuse samples with shaking table and cyclone.The results show that the flow-sheet of roughing and reflotation only with table could obtain the sulfur 34.24% concentrate grade,which recovery was 71.63%.Combined with table and water-cyclone,the flow-sheet of roughing with cyclone,cleaning with table and refloation can increase the recovery of sulfer and enssure more than 32% sulfer concentrate grade.
