摘要
在现行OA系统模型内引入并行绩效评价,动态实时记录员工工作效率,以此提高员工工作积极性,进而提高OA系统的运行效率;利用基础IE方法,改善OA系统工作流程,动态确立并行绩效评价指标,使得并行绩效评价OA系统模型更科学,更有效。
This paper draw the parallel performance evaluation into OA,then it can get dynamic real-time record of employee,improve employee＇s motivation and thus improve the efficiency of OA system.Using IE to improve the workflow of OA system and establish dynamic parallel performance indicators would make the OA system with parallel performance evaluation more scientific and more effective.
