摘要
在对产品中物料构成进行了分析的基础上,采用产品物料资源的当量总利用率Ue和当量总损耗率Le来评价物料消耗,并为各种物料引入了权系数对各种物料消耗状况进行综合评价。不同于已有分析模型主要从物料经济价值层面或消耗重量来确定模型中的权系数,采用碳排放强度系数对物料经济和环境因素进行综合评价,用于分析产品物料消耗的碳足迹效率。最后利用该模型对某金属切削机床和某轿车的物料消耗进行了综合分析,验证模型与方法的有效性。
The equivalent utilization Ue and equivalent attrition ratio Le are introduced to assess the material consumption on the basis of the analysis of material types,which is given weight coefficient.This model is different from the existing analysis model in that it determines the weight coefficient by material economic value or consumption quantity,and it can be used to analyze the carbon-footprint efficiency of material consumption according to the assessment on material economy and environment by carbon intensity.Finally,the validity of the model is proven by analyzing the material consumption of machine tool and motor car.
