摘要
研究了模糊环境下库容有限且缺陷产品可修复的经济生产批量问题。在库容有限且缺陷产品可修复条件下,将缺陷率、废品率视为三角模糊数,建立了一个模糊期望值模型,通过求解模型确定最优生产批量及最大缺货量。数值例子表明所建模型是切实可行的。
This paper studies the problem of the economic production quantity(EPQ) with repairable imperfect items under limited capacity of storehouse.The study assumes that the defective rate and the scrap rate is a triangular fuzzy variable.A fuzzy expected total inventory cost control model is established with repairable imperfect items under limited capacity of storehouse.The optimal production quantity and shortage quantity is given.A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility of using the fuzzy mathematics to solve the inventory problem.
