摘要
模具的参数化设计是实现模具CAI/CAM一体化的重要途径.以AutoCADR14为平台,VisualC++4.2为工具,开发了汽车门内板拉深模三维参数化辅助设计系统,特模具各部分以参数的方式进行处理.运用作附加点的方法,精确控制了曲压料面的形状,提高了图形的生成速度.应用实体造型技术,通过图形的三维变换、布尔运算,完成了凹模、凸模、压边围、卸料装置等的三维实体造型.该系统可灵活调整模具的各部分尺寸参数,优化模具设计,并将模具图进行真实感显示,充分体现设计者的意图,同时可为模具加工系统传送数据.
The parameterized design of tool dies is an fort approach for implementation of a CAD/CAM integrative system. A 3D parameterized system for the design of automobile inner door mould is developed using the Visual C + + 4.2 program language on the AutoCAD R14 plaiform. In order to control the shape of the blankholding surface exactly, a method of increasing additional points is adopted, which also speeds up the drawing calculation.The three dimensional solid model drawings of female die, male die, blankholding ring and discharging device are generated by means of Bool operation. The dimensions of every part of the mould are parameterized and can be changed according to the desired 3D soid mould drawing. The develoed paramterzed design system embodies the designer's intention fully and can easily transfer data to a machining system for tool dies.
