摘要
根据工业锅炉燃烧特点及配风要求,以一台热效率比较高、环保指标比较好的14 M W 热水锅炉为基础,利用七孔探针测试了不同炉膛形状、前后拱配合方式下的炉内空气动力场.测试结果表明:工业锅炉中,折焰墙形状、前后炉拱配合方式对炉内燃烧效率有较大影响.通过试验研究,提出了折焰墙尺寸的设计原则.这对于节约燃料,降低工业锅炉初始排尘浓度和烟气黑度。
Based on the measurements about the fluid with seven probes, the inner air dynamics properties are studied a 1.4 MW industrial hot water boiler with higher efficiency and better environment indexes according to the combustion characters and the draft air demand. The survey indicates that the efficiency was influenced by the outlet shapes of block flame wall and coordination of the front and back stove arches. How to verify the dimension of outlet shapes of block flame wall was put out according to the data gotten from the boiler test. Knowing this point has great practical significance about saving fuel, decreasing the initial ash density, reducing the induced gas darkness, designing aid improving the combustion camber of the industrial boiler.
