内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因T786C多态性与新疆汉族原发性高血压的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因T786C多态性与新疆汉族原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,选取新疆沙湾县汉族346名EH患者(病例组)与385名正常对照者(对照组)为研究对象,进行流行病学调查和临床检查,并采集血样。采用单碱基延伸反应技术检测eNOS基因T786C多态性。结果 eNOS基因T786C位点基因型TT、TC、CC在病例组及对照组中的分布频率分别为80.3%,18.5%,1.2%,在对照组的分布频率分别为79.2%,19.7%和1.0%。等位基因T、C在病例组中分布频率分别为89.6%和10.4%,在对照组中分布频率分别为89.1%和10.9%。病例组和对照组基因型和等位基因分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组年龄、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、脉压、体质指数、腰臀比、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、肌酐、尿酸、载脂蛋白A1/B的平均水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),而空腹血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白-A1、载脂蛋白-B两组间差异均无统计学意义。结论本研究结果显示,eNOS基因T786C多态性与新疆汉族原发性高血压可能不相关。 Objective To investigate the association of the T786C polymorphism of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene with essential hypertension (EH) in the Han population in Xinjiang. Methods Based on the case-control study, 346 patients with essential hypertension (EH group) and 385 healthy people (NT group) in Han Chinese population were selected from the Boertonggu countryside of Shawan region in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China by random cluster sampling. After questionnaire and physical examination, blood samples were collected, the T786C polymorphisms of eNOS gene were detected with SNaPshot system. Genotypic frequency and allele frequency were calculated and compared. Results The frequencies of TT, TC and CC genotypes of eNOS gene were 80.3%, 18.5% and 1.2% in EH group respectively and 79.2%, 19.7%, 1.0% in NT group respectively (P〉0.05). The frequencies of T and C were 89.6% and 10.4% in EH group and 89.1% and 10.9% in NT group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The polymorphism of eNOS gene T786C may not be associated with essential hypertension in the Hart population in Xinjiang.
