制造企业集成质量系统体系的探讨

Research on the Structure of a Manufacturing Enterprises Integrated Quality System

随着制造业日益向多品种小批量的生产方式转变，质量管理工作的重点也相应地转移到对质量事故的事前预防上，以实现主动的质量管理；在制造企业的质量系统中，质量信息主要是两种方式进行流动：质量信息链和质量信息环。质量体系也是以这两种形式来管理的，通过分析现代市场竞争对制造企业质量管理的要求，探讨了制造企业集成质量系统的体系模型，及其在ＣＩＭＳ环境中的实现形式。

Since the manufacturing industry tend to produce product with more kinds and less batch,the quality management will focus on precautionary action rather than corrective action and disposition of nonconformity.Within the manufacturing enterprises quality system,the information flows along two ways:'quality loop' and 'quality chain'.The quality system must be organized and managed along the informations routeway.A manufacturing enterprises ISO9001 quality system and is studied the requirements of quality management is analyzed.The structure of a manufacturing enterprises integrated quality system in the environment of CIMS is studied also.
