内热式流化床电炉升温特性的研究

The Investigation on Temperature Rise Properties in a Inner heated Fluidized Bed Electric Furnace

对内热式流化床升温特性进行了试验研究和数值模拟。结果表明：内热式流化床热处理电炉具有升温快、升温热效率高的优点；升温功率对炉子的升温特性有较大影响，而流化风速的影响效果不明显；模型的预测结果与试验结果基本吻合。

The experimental study and numerical simulation on the temperature rise in a internal heated fluidized bed electric furnace are made.The results show:the internal heated fluidized bed electric furnaces temperature rise is quicker and thermal efficiency is higher.The temperature rise properties are influenced greatly by temperature rise power,and less by fluidiziating velocity of air.Forecasting results of the model are quite agreeable with the results of the experiment.
