摘要
螺栓组联接实验是机械设计课程所开设的重要实验之一。该实验中杠杆加载系统自重折算的载荷及螺栓所需的预紧力是本实验首先要确定的重要参数。本文介绍一种操作简单行之有效的螺栓组联接实验杠杆加载系统自重折算载荷的计算方法以及螺栓所需预紧力的确定方法， 并举例加以说明。
The experiment of bolt-group jiont is one of the most important ones during the curriculum of mechine design The load converted by weights in the lever-loading system and required pretension to a bolt are important parameters which must be determined firstly in this experiment This article introduces a simple effective calculating method of load converted by weights from lever-loading system and a way determining the pretension for every bolt in test It illustrates them with an example
